What data we collect

Only the data you send us through the contact form, by e-mail or by phone: name, company, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message.

Why we use it

• to reply to you and carry out the initial assessment you requested — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• to establish or defend our legal rights, where necessary — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request. If we start working together, the data is kept for the duration of the contract and then for the period required by Romanian law on archiving financial and accounting documents.

Who else can see it

The providers that host the website and our e-mail service, strictly for operating these services, and public authorities where the law requires it.

Cookies and third-party services

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for traffic statistics, with Google Consent Mode. Without your consent no analytics cookies are stored, and Google only receives signals without identifiers (for example, that a page was viewed). Analytics cookies are used only if you click “Accept” in the banner shown on your first visit.

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser; the banner will appear again on your next visit.

The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps and is loaded only if you click “Show map”. At that point, Google’s privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise any of them, write to us at office@gida.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (dataprotection.ro).
