What does the free initial assessment involve?
Before any contract, we review your company’s situation free of charge and tell you honestly which services you need — partial or full — and which ones are not worth buying.
How are fees set?
Our fees reflect the complexity of the services you need. We set them after the initial assessment and can agree a convenient payment schedule together.
Can I change accountants during the year?
Yes. Your accounting records can be taken over at any time, based on a document handover report. We agree the steps and timeline of the takeover together during the initial assessment.
What is the difference between judicial and extrajudicial accounting expertise?
Judicial expertise is ordered in cases under investigation, inquiry or trial; we can also act as party-appointed expert. Extrajudicial expertise is requested directly by individuals or companies, without an open case.
Can you help me obtain funding?
Yes. We prepare the funding application and business plan, support you with submission, implementation and any renegotiation, then prepare and submit the payment claims.
What kinds of organisations do you work with?
Small and medium-sized enterprises, large companies, non-governmental organisations and other organisations. For extrajudicial expertise we also work with individuals.
What does CECCAR membership mean?
CECCAR is the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania, the professional body of the accounting profession. We work in accordance with the law and the professional standards it sets.
